Blog #11 End of 4th week of working on Photoshop

This week I took the Section 3 test and scored 100% on it. I am going to start working on Section 4 on Friday. This week I figured out how to put the grass on the yard. Thanks Britt!=) I finished editing the house picture. In Section 4 I will be creating a file from scratch, using the gradient editor and painting/drawing with color.

Blog #10 Week 4 of working on Photoshop

This week I am going to finish section 3 and take the section 3 test. I will be creating an adjustment layer, adding a layer style and creating a clone. I'm sure that I will get done with the project 3 and test. I will start section 4 after I have taken the section 3 test.

Blog #9 End of week 3 working

This week I took the Section 2 test and scored 100% on it. I also started Section 3 and worked on subtracting sections of the different photos (flowers, flowerbed and tree). I then put the objects in the big picture with the house. It's a lot of fun doing this stuff! I'm glad we have this as a class.

Blog #8 3rd week of working on Photoshop

This week I'm going to work on section 3 and print the test from section 2 that I took last Thursday. I'm excited to learn how to do more things! I especially like how you can move objects in a picture and get a duplicate of them.

Blog #7 End of working on week 2

This week I finished the progect 2 and I took a practice test. I learned how to duplicate a picture move one and rotate and nudge a candlestick so that it was straight in the candle holder. It was a lot of fun this week.

Blog #6 2nd week of working on photoshop

This week I'm going to finish Project 1 and hopefully get a good start on Project 2. I will also take the Project 1 test and put it in the bin.

Blog #5 End of first week of working on Photoshop

This week I started phtoshop, opened a photo, looked at the photoshop window, looked at file types and saved a photo that I edited. I also started changing the image size. I went through the vocab flashcards. I am really excited to continue getting better at Photoshop and to learn how to do more things with it.

Blog #4 First week of working on photoshop

I'm going to use the CS2 book and I already downloaded the file. Since we don't have the CS2, I'm going to use the 7.0 version for the projects. This week I'm going to start project one and hopefully get through: Starting Photoshop, Opening a Photo, The Photoshop Window, File Types and Saving a Photo.
